- Evaluating billing and collection effectiveness
- Monitoring lawyer or practice‑area realization
- Identifying revenue leakage through write‑offs
- Supporting month‑end and year‑end financial reporting
- Assessing firm‑wide or lawyer‑specific financial performance
The report summarizes billed amounts, payments applied, write‑offs, and the resulting realization percentage.

¶ 2.1 Date Range
- Defines the reporting period for billed and collected activity.
- From Date: 02/01/2026
- To Date: 02/27/2026
- Only invoices and payments within this range are included.

A single‑select option:
- Firm (Standard format for firm‑wide realization reporting.)
¶ 2.3 Selection Criteria
- Lawyer / Timekeeper: All Filters realization by responsible lawyer.
- Type of Law: All Filters realization by practice area.

- Group Inactive Lawyers / Timekeepers When enabled, inactive lawyers/timekeepers are grouped together for reporting clarity.

- View Report — Generates the report
